Note: You need to add your phone number while creating the user to have access to the Vonage SMS Add-On.

How To Use The Vonage SMS Add-On?

  • Once you purchase the Add-On, navigate to the settings page, click on system settings, and find Vonage SMS.
  • Over there, you will get to see vonage sms settings, navigate to that.
  • Over there, you will need to add some important API credentials. To generate them, you can follow this link: Documentation link.
  • After adding the credentials, you can select the Add-On for which you need to send the notifications from the list given.
  • There are different notifications available for each Add-On, you can enable or disable the notifications as per your choice.
  • Vonage Sms
  • You can customize notification messages language-wise, for example, if you want to change the message for new user notifications, you can do it here.
  • Vonage Sms
  • For example, If you enable the create user setting from General, then the notification via Vonage SMS will be sent to that particular user when the user is created.
