Digital Products We offer refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued in a direct refund to the customer's payment method at our discretion.

To request a refund, please email us at support@workdo.io with the subject line "Refund Request & Name of The Product" Please include your order number, and we appreciate a brief description of the issue you are experiencing with the product for us to enhance our products.

Exclusions We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the product has been used or if the refund request is made after the 7-day refund window. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for products that have been customized or personalized.
