How To Use The AI Image Add-On?

Settings Configuration

• The Settings Configuration module allows company administrators to set up the AI system with multiple AI provider integrations for image generation. This module must be configured before users can generate images and requires appropriate permissions for management.
• To configure AI Image Settings, access the AI Image Settings Configuration section from the company settings panel. Enable AI Image Generation using the toggle switch to activate image generation functionality for all users in your company.
• Select your preferred AI Provider from the dropdown options including OpenAI DALL-E 3 for high-quality photorealistic images, Flux Pro for advanced artistic generation, Gemini for Google’s AI image capabilities, and Stability AI for diverse style options based on your requirements and subscription plan.
• Enter your API Key in the secure password field with show/hide toggle functionality for enhanced security. The API key field dynamically updates based on your selected provider to ensure proper authentication. Save the configuration to enable AI image generation functionality for all users in the system.

AI Image Generator

• The AI Image Generator page allows users to turn any text description into sophisticated images using advanced AI technology with comprehensive customization options. This depends on the Settings Configuration being properly set up by company administrators and requires the AI Image Add-On to be purchased and enabled.
• On the left side of the interface, start by entering a detailed Prompt in the textarea field that clearly describes the image you want to generate with specific visual elements and details. The prompt field supports up to 500 characters with a real-time character counter for guidance.
• Select the Number of Images from the dropdown choosing between 1 to 10 images to generate multiple variations in a single request for better selection options. Choose your Image Resolution from the comprehensive dropdown options including 512×512 (Small) for quick previews, 1024×1024 (Medium) for standard use, 1792×1792 (Large) for detailed work, and 2048×2048 (Ultra) for maximum quality output.
• Select the Style from extensive dropdown options including Photorealistic for realistic images, Artistic for creative interpretations, Cartoon for animated styles, Oil Painting for classical art effects, Digital Art for modern digital aesthetics, and Sketch for hand-drawn appearances. Choose the Quality level from Standard for basic generation, HD for enhanced detail, and Ultra HD for maximum quality output.
• Set the Aspect Ratio by selecting from Square (1:1) for social media, Landscape (16:9) for presentations, Portrait (9:16) for mobile content, and Wide (21:9) for cinematic formats based on your intended use. Choose the output Format from PNG (Best Quality) for maximum detail retention, JPG (Smaller Size) for web optimization, and WebP (Balanced) for modern web applications.
• Click the “Generate Images” button to create images based on all the details you entered in the form fields. The system will process your request with loading indicators and generate the specified number of images according to your customization settings.
• On the right side preview panel, view your Generated Images in a responsive grid layout with hover effects for enhanced interaction. Each generated image displays with action buttons including View to open the image in a new tab for detailed inspection and Download to save the image file directly to your device. The preview area shows loading states during generation and an empty state with helpful guidance when no images have been generated yet.

AI Image History

• The AI Image History page provides a comprehensive table view where users can see all previously generated images with advanced management capabilities. This page stores and displays data from images created in the AI Image Generator module with enhanced search and filtering functionality.
• Access the image history to view all your previously generated images in a detailed table format with thumbnail previews for visual identification. The table displays Images with photo previews and hover effects, Prompt showing the original description used for generation, Resolution indicating the image dimensions that were generated, Style displaying the generation style that was applied, and Created On showing the date and time of image generation with proper formatting.
• Use the advanced search functionality to find specific images by prompt content or image characteristics for efficient library management. Apply filter options to narrow down results by resolution, style, creation date, and other criteria for better organization. Toggle between grid and list view modes for optimal viewing preferences based on your workflow needs.
• Sort images by any column including creation date, prompt, resolution, or style for better organization and quick access to specific content. Navigate through large image collections using the pagination system that efficiently handles extensive image libraries without performance impact.
• Perform actions on your images using the comprehensive options in the Action column. Click View to preview the image in a modal dialog or new tab for detailed inspection, click Download to save the image file to your device for use in projects with original quality preservation, or click Delete to permanently remove the image record from your history after confirmation dialog to free up storage space.
