User Type: Company / Owner
In this document, you’ll learn how to change Taskly brand, company, and system settings. Doing this allows you to adjust the user experience to your business needs and take advantage of the tool’s white-label license.Getting Started
To access the settings panel, you need to sign in with a Company / Owner account. Then, click the Settings button (you’ll find it at the bottom of the navigation menu).
Editing Brand Settings
To change Taskly branding elements, head over to Brand Settings. In this panel, you can edit the following:- Change the logo (upload both light and dark versions).
- Change the favicon.
- Set tool/company name
- Set a time tracking interval. The amount of time between each screenshot taken by the time tracker feature.
- App site URL – change the URL of the application.

- Select primary platform colors.
- Manage sidebar layout transparency (turn it on or off).
- Enable/disable dark mode.
- Turn on/off the support for right-to-left text.
Editing Task Stages/Bug Stages Settings
In the next two settings panels, you can edit task and bug stages. The system allows you to:- Add new task or bug stage
- Change its name
- Set its unique color
Editing Company Settings
To access Company Settings, scroll down or select Company Settings in the left-hand Settings navigation panel inside your Taskly account. In this panel, you can change the following:- Company Name
- City
- Zip/Post Code
- Telephone
- Address
- State
- Country
