Job Recruitment in ERPGo
ERPGo – Log In:
- Open the ERPGo website.
- Enter the company login credentials.
ERPGo – Jobs (Recruitment Setup):
- After logging in, navigate to the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module below the accounting dashboard.
- Select the ‘Recruitment Setup’ sub-option.
- Click on the ‘Jobs’ button to view the list of posted jobs.
- Click on individual entries to view detailed information.
ERPGo – Jobs Create (Recruitment Setup):
- Once logged in, access the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Select the ‘Recruitment Setup’ sub-option.
- Click on the ‘Jobs Create’ button.
- Provide all necessary information related to the job(s).
- Use text formatting options for job descriptions and requirement details.
- Optionally, select a custom question for the job post.
ERPGo – Create Custom Questions:
- After logging in, go to the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Choose ‘Recruitment Setup’ and click on the ‘Custom Question’ button.
- Create questions by clicking the ‘create’ button in the top right corner.
ERPGo – Career (To View Posted Jobs):
- Once logged in, go to the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Select ‘Recruitment Setup’ and click on the ‘Career’ button.
- View all listed jobs and click on a specific job post for more information.
- The provided link can be shared without requiring a login.
ERPGo – Job Application (Recruitment Setup):
- After logging in, access the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Choose ‘Recruitment Setup’ and click on the ‘Job Application’ button.
- View received job applications sorted by stage.
ERPGo – Add/Edit/Delete Job Categories And Job Stages (Recruitment Setup):
Job Categories:
- Once logged in, go to the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Select ‘HRM System Setup’ and click on ‘Job Categories’ or ‘Job Stages’ as needed.
ERPGo – Archive Employee/Application If Vacancy Is Unavailable:
- Once logged in, go to the Dashboard Overview (Accounting).
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Select ‘Recruitment Setup’ and click on the ‘Job Application’ button.
- View received job applications sorted by stage.
- Click on a specific job application, and then click the ‘Archive’ blue button.
To Unarchive:
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Choose ‘Recruitment Setup’ and click on the ‘Job Candidate’ button.
- Click on ‘View’ for a specific candidate, then click the ‘Unarchive’ orange button.
ERPGo – Schedule An Interview:
- Click on the ‘HRM System’ module.
- Select ‘Recruitment Setup’ and click on the ‘Job Application’ button.
- Choose a specific application to schedule an interview.
- In the application overview, click on ‘Create Interview Schedule’ on the right side.
