Clock In & Out
In the dynamic landscape of modern workplaces, efficient management of work hours is paramount for both employees and employers. Several user-friendly systems, such as ERPGo, HRMGo, CRMGo, and RotaGo, have emerged to streamline this process. Let’s delve into a brief introduction for each of these systems:
Using ERPGo:
Log In: To get started with ERPGo, you need to go to their website and type in the username and password provided by your company. This will get you into the system.
Clock In & Out: Once you’re inside, you’ll see a page with options. Click on ‘Clock In’ when you begin your workday, and when it’s time to finish, click on ‘Clock Out.’ This helps keep track of the hours you’ve worked.
Check Clocked Hours: If you want to see how many hours you’ve worked, log in using the owner or company profile. After logging in, you’ll find an ‘Accounting Overview’ option. Below that, you’ll see ‘HRM Overview,’ which will tell you about your clocked hours.
Using HRMGo:
Log In: To use HRMGo, go to their website and use the username and password they gave you as an employee.
Clock In & Out: After logging in, you’ll arrive at a dashboard. You’ll see ‘Clock In’ to start your work and ‘Clock Out’ to finish when your workday ends.
Check Clocked Hours: If you want to check how many hours you’ve worked, log in with the owner or company profile. On your dashboard, scroll down and click on ‘Timesheet.’ Then, select ‘Attendance’ and ‘Marked Attendance’ to find information about your worked hours.
Using CRMGo:
Log In: To begin using CRMGo, go to their website and enter your employee login details.
Clock In & Out: After logging in, you’ll land on a dashboard. There, you can use ‘Clock In’ to begin your work and ‘Clock Out’ to mark the end of your workday.
Check Clocked Hours: To keep an eye on your hours, log in with the owner or company profile. On the dashboard, scroll down and look for ‘HR.’ Click on it and then choose ‘Attendance’ to get details about your clocked hours.
Using RotaGo:
Log In: Go to the RotaGo platform, and log in with the provided credentials, whether you’re an employee or the owner/company profile.
Clock In & Out: Look for options like ‘Clock In’ and ‘Clock Out’ on the RotaGo dashboard. Click ‘Clock In’ at the start of your workday and ‘Clock Out’ when you’re done working.
Check Clocked Hours: To review your work hours, find the relevant section in the RotaGo system. It might be under ‘Timesheet,’ ‘Attendance,’ or a similar tab, depending on the system’s layout.
In all these systems, you start by logging in, use ‘Clock In’ and ‘Clock Out’ to record your work hours, and check your worked hours later on the system. This helps both employees and employers keep track of working hours easily.
