Email SMTP Settings Guide
Learn how to configure and manage Email SMTP settings with easy setup instructions.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to configure Email Settings in your application to enable system notifications and communications.
Configuring Email Settings
To get started, log in to your Company/Owner account. Navigate to Settings and scroll down to the Email Settings section.
Once there, fill in the following fields:
- Email Provider: Select your preferred email provider from the dropdown.
- Mail Driver: Enter the mail driver corresponding to your provider.
- SMTP Host: Enter the server URL provided by your SMTP provider.
- SMTP Port: Enter the port number specified by your SMTP provider.
- SMTP Username: Enter the username associated with your SMTP account.
- SMTP Password: Enter the password provided by your SMTP provider.
- Mail Encryption: Choose the appropriate encryption method based on your port. Select SSL for port 465, or TLS for ports 25, 587, or 8025.
- From Address: Enter the email address from which system emails will be sent.
Testing Your Email Configuration
Once all fields are filled in, click “Save Changes” to apply your settings.
After saving, use the Test Email Configuration panel on the right side of the screen. Enter a valid email address in the Send Test To field and click Send Test Email to verify that your settings are working correctly.
