Portfolio Integration in Dash SaaS

Introduction

The Portfolio Add-On is designed to create and manage professional portfolios and showcase work samples. It allows users to organize their work into categories, add detailed descriptions, include social media links, and control visibility through an enable/disable feature. The system provides both portfolio management and category organization to help users present their work professionally.

How to Use the Portfolio Add-On?

Manage Portfolio

• To create a new Portfolio, click the “Create” button at the top of the Portfolio page.
• Enter Title, select Category from the dropdown, add Mobile No, Email Address, and upload Thumbnail image.
• Fill in the Short Description and add Experience Details using the repeater to include multiple experience entries.
• Write a detailed Description and add Social Media links using the repeater to include multiple social media profiles.
• Upload any relevant Attachment files to support your portfolio.
• Use the Search, Export, and Add buttons for navigation.
• The table displays No, Thumbnail, Title, Category, and Enabled columns.
• The Enabled toggle button must be turned on for the Portfolio to be visible – if disabled, Portfolio will not be displayed publicly.
• Click the Copy button in the action column to copy the link and view the Portfolio.
• Click the View button in the action column to show the complete Portfolio details.
• Click the Edit button in the action column to modify the portfolio information.
• Click the Delete button in the action column to remove the portfolio permanently.

Manage Portfolio Category

• To create a new Portfolio Category, click the “Create” button.
• Enter Title of the category and provide Description explaining what type of work this category represents.
• Use Search, Export, and Add buttons for navigation.
• Table displays No, Title, and Description columns.
• Click the Edit button in the action column to modify the category title and description.
• Click the Delete button in the action column to remove the category.
• Categories created here appear in the Category dropdown when creating new portfolios in the Manage Portfolio section.

Front-End Display (Copy Link Output)

• Use the Copy button to copy and open the front-end link of the portfolio.
• Click the View button to preview complete portfolio details in back-end.
• Use the Edit button to modify any portfolio entry.
• Use the Delete button to remove the portfolio from the system.
• When the copied link is opened in the browser, it shows the front-end view of the portfolio with title, image, description, experiences, and attachments.
