Machine Repair Integration in Dash SaaS


The Machine Repair Management Integration offered by Dash SaaS presents a comprehensive solution for efficiently overseeing machine repair processes. Step 1: Super Admin Access:

  • Make sure your super admin has access to your system before you do anything else.
  • Go to the “add-on manager” area of the super admin dashboard.
  • Click the “+” (Module Setup) button to start the setup procedure.
  • You will be asked to upload the ZIP file for the “Machine Repair Management Add-On.”
  • Remember to enable the module after the setup is complete so other people can buy it.

Step 2: Company Settings Steps:

  • Once the super admin enables the Machine Repair Management Add-On, company admins can purchase it and gain access.
  • Start by heading to the “subscription plan” page and select the relevant “usage plan.”
  • After that purchase the Machine Repair Management add-on.

Step 3: How to use the Machine Repair Management Add-on?

  • After purchasing the add-on. Find out the Machine Repair Dashboard in the Dashboard column.
  • On the Dashboard, you will see the number of total repair requests, total diagnosis, a chart that represents the diagnosis report, and a calendar in which days of repair requests are highlighted.
  • After going through the Dashboard, find the Machine Repair Management module in the sidebar.
  • In that module, you will get to see three pages. The first page is for machines, where you can create new machines. You can also see the details of the machine whenever you want in the list given. You can also edit, or delete the machine details whenever you want.
  • The second page is for repair requests, where you can easily create new repair requests and you can also view the list of repair requests whenever you want including all the required details.
  • The last page is for diagnosis. If in case any part of the machine is damaged and is inspected during diagnosing, then the user can purchase the new part with the help of the “+” button given at the top. You can also view the invoice from the list given on that page.
