All you need to do is follow the below steps and get a link to be included in the code as well as share it directly with the audience.
Here’ you’ll be able to create a new form by clicking on icon and you’ll get the options to name the new form and decide if the lead collection in the lead module will be active or not.
Once the form is created, you can perform below ops on it:
upon clicking on this button, you can get the iframe link to be included in the code
clicking on this option will allow you to enable/ disable the leads entry in the lead module
you can get the direct form access link by clicking on this button
clicking on this button will allow you to add/ edit/ delete the fields in the created forms
you can view the responses you’ve got on the particular form using this button.
in order to edit the form name and change the lead receiving status, click this button.
to delete any particular form, click on this button
