Module [Invoices, Revenue, Credit notes]

Operating Income Module in Our System: Invoice, Revenue, and Credit Notes

Navigate through the Accounting System on the left navigation bar and select “Income” to access the following options: Invoice, Revenue, and Debit Notes.

Invoice

Viewing Invoices:

The list displays both module-created invoices and those converted from proposals.

Search: Easily find invoices by entering criteria and using the search button. Clear the search to view the full list.

Create: Generate a new invoice by entering customer details, dates, categories, items, amounts, etc. Manually add items with the “add item” button.

Export: Download the list of invoices.

Invoice ID: Access details, update status, send reminders, resend, and download invoices.

Link: Obtain a shareable link with download and pay now options for direct use or email attachments.

Duplicate: Create a copy of an existing invoice, useful for repetitive transactions.

View: Review invoice details and update status.

Edit: Modify existing invoices.

Delete: Remove specific invoice records.

Template Changes in Download Invoice:

  • Customize the downloaded invoice PDF template under Accounting System > Print Settings.
  • Edit proposal, invoice, and bill print templates.
  • Select Invoice print settings, choose templates, set theme color, upload logo, preview layout, and save as the default template.

Revenue

Off-Platform Payments:

  • Manage payments not processed through the system or paid in cash.
  • Search and clear search options are available.
  • Create: Record off-platform payments with details like date, amount, account, customer, description, category, and reference. Upload payment receipt.
  • Search/Clear Search: Filter entries by date, account, customer, or category.
  • Download: Download uploaded receipts.
  • View: Review uploaded receipts.
  • Edit: Modify entry details.
  • Delete: Remove entries.

Credit Notes

Adjusting Invoice/Receipt Amounts:

  • Under Accounting System, select “Invoice” and then “Credit Notes.”
  • Create: Generate credit notes by selecting an invoice, and entering the amount, date, and description.
  • Credit Note/Invoice ID: View details, update status, and manage credit notes.
  • Edit: Modify credit note values.
  • Delete: Remove specific credit notes.
