Installation
So, the following is the process of the installation of the Insurance Management Add-On with the help of which you can easily have access to this add-on.
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
Firstly, the super admin has to add the Insurance Management add-on by following a few steps.
- Login to the super admin side and scroll down to “add-on manager”.
- Click on the “+” (Module Setup) button to add the Add-On.
- You will find a box where you will have to attach the ZIP file of “Insurance Management.”
- After you add the ZIP file, the add-on will be displayed on the add-on-manager page, and the super admin has to enable this add-on.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps
After the super admin enables the add-on, the admins can purchase the add-on and access the Insurance Management add-on by following the steps mentioned below.
- So, the admin has to first purchase the add-on by navigating to the “subscription plan” page, and then you have to click the “usage plan” and find the add-on and purchase it.
Step 3 : How to use the Insurance Management Add-on?
- Once you purchase the add-on, go to the sidebar and find out the Insurance Management add-on’s dashboard. Here you will get to see the number of total clients, total agents, total invoices, and total insurances. Below that you will get to see a list of insurance policies and a list of recent invoices. Besides that, you will see a cash flow chart at the top, and below that you will see a pie chart of insurance and a pie chart of invoices.
- After going through the dashboard go to the sidebar and find out the Insurance Management module in it.
- You will get to see four pages over there. The first page is for policies where you can swiftly manage the list of policies including all the required details like policy names, policy types, amount, and duration. At last, there is a column for action with the help of which you can view, edit, and delete the details from the list. You can also add new policies whenever you want.
- The second page is for insurance where you can see the list of various insurance including all the required details. You can also add new insurance with the help of the “+” button given at the top of the page.
- The third page is for invoices, where you can see the list of invoices and view all the details related to it very easily.
- The fourth page is for policy types, where you view the list of policy types and also create them whenever you want.
