Step 1: Super Admin Access:

First, the super admin must add the Backup & Restore add-on by going through a few procedures.

• Scroll to “add-on manager” after logging in to the super admin side.
• To include the Add-On, click the “+” (Module Setup) button.
• You will see a box where you must attach the ZIP file for the “Backup & Restore Add-On.”
• You must enable the module once the setup procedure is finished for the remaining customers to purchase this add-on.
• After that, you will get to see the “Backup & Restore” module on the super admin side.
• This module will help you to take backup of your files and database very easily.
• You just have to click on the “+” button, where you will get to see to options.
• If you enable the “Database” then only the details of your database will be displayed on that page, similarly if you enable the “File” button, then the details of your project will be displayed on that page.
• If you enable both buttons together, then the details of both the Database and Files will be displayed on that page.
