The add-on also facilitates the authentication process through Zoho API credentials and ensures secure integration. Once set up, users can easily access, edit, and delete scheduled meetings, manage user invitations, and track meeting statuses. With filtering and search options, the add-on ensures efficient management of meetings for both hosts and participants.

How To Use the Zoho Meeting Add-On?
System Settings
Zoho Meeting Configuration
- After installing the Zoho Meeting Add-On, go to the general settings in the sidebar and find Zoho Meeting. To set up Zoho Meeting integration, enable Zoho Meeting by toggling the switch on. This allows meetings to be created directly via Zoho Meeting within your system.
- The system automatically displays a Redirect URI with a convenient “Copy” button. Copy this URL by clicking the copy button and add it to the “Authorized Redirect URIs” section in your Zoho API Console configuration.
- This callback URL is essential for the authorization process and must be configured correctly in your Zoho account for the integration to function properly.

- Enter your Zoho Client ID or Zoho Client Secret, which is the secure authentication key paired with your Client ID for API access.
- This redirect URI is essential for the authorization process and must be configured correctly in your Zoho account for the integration to function properly. After entering the credentials, click “Save Changes” to complete the setup and authenticate with Zoho to finalize the integration.
Zoho Meeting Management
- Before creating meetings, the system will check if your Zoho account is properly authorized. If authorization is required, you will see a page “Configuration Required.” Click the ‘Configure Zoho Meeting Settings’ button to complete the account linking process.
- To create a new Zoho Meeting, click the “Create” button in the top right corner of the page. Fill up the Zoho meeting create form, where you can enter the title, select the multi-user from the dropdown (which comes from the user management base), choose the host from the dropdown (which comes from the user management base), set your preferred start date/time, and enter the meeting duration.
- The list page displays all your scheduled meetings with a table of columns, including Title, Start Time, Duration, Host name with avatar, Participants, and Status. switching between list and grid view using the view toggle buttons.
- Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific meetings by entering keywords and clicking the “Search” button. You can filter meetings by Status using the dropdown menu, or filter by Date Range, then click “Apply” to view filtered results or “Clear” to reset the filters.
- In the action column, you can use the view to see the meeting details. The Edit allows you to modify meeting information and is only available for Scheduled meetings. The Start Meeting opens the start URL and is visible only for the host in Scheduled or Started meetings. The Join Meeting icon opens the join URL and is visible for participants on Scheduled or Started meetings. Use the Delete icon to remove any meeting from the system.
User Management
- When you add a meeting, all invited users will automatically see the option to join the meeting when they log into the system, making it easy for participants to access meetings without needing separate invitations or meeting details.
- The meetings list page displays all scheduled meetings with columns showing Title, Invitees, Meeting Date/Time, Duration, URL (displaying both Start URL for hosts and Join URL for participants), Status, and available Actions.
- You can use the Search and Filter to manage your meeting list effectively. Available actions include,Join Meeting, Start Meeting, View for accessing meeting details, Edit for modify existing meeting details and Delete for removing meetings.
