Follow these steps to install the TawkTo Messenger module seamlessly
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
- Log in to the Super Admin side of Dash SaaS using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Add-On Manager module either from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
- Click on the “+” button within the Add-On Modules to add a new module.
- Upload the ZIP file of the TawkTo Messenger module.
- Once uploaded, enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch.
Step 2 : Company Login Access
- After enabling the module
- Team members can access the module through their respective logins.
Step 3 : Configuring TawkTo Messenger
- Visit the TawkTo website and log in.
- Navigate to the Dashboard and then to Settings.
- Select “Channels” and locate the chat widget settings.
- Copy the widget code provided in this section.
- Access the system settings within Dash SaaS.
- Locate the “TawkTo” settings and paste the widget code into the designated field.
- Save the changes.
Now, the TawkTo Messenger module is successfully integrated with your Dash SaaS platform, ready to enhance customer support and interaction.
