Performance in HRMGo
1. Indicator:
Steps:
- Log in to the owner/company profile.
- On the dashboard, scroll down and click on ‘Performance,’ then select ‘Indicator.’
- View department, designation, overall rating, added by, created date.
- Action buttons: view, edit, delete. You can also create a new indicator, adjust entries per list, and use the search bar.

The Indicator feature allows the creation of entries showcasing performance details and ratings. It requires information such as branch, department, and other criteria for star ratings. All the fields are editable, and the list includes action buttons for viewing, editing, and deleting entries.
View:
- Details like branch, department, and designation names indicate the entity being rated.
- Various criteria are rated with stars out of 5.
Edit:
- Elements include branch name, department name, designation name, and other criteria for star rating purposes.
Delete:
- An entry can be deleted from the system.
2. Appraisal:
Steps:

- Action buttons: edit, delete. You can also create a new goal, adjust entries per list, and use the search bar.
