Workflow
Installation
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
- The following is the process of the installation of the Meeting-Hub Add-On with the help of which you can easily have access to this add-on.
- Login to the super admin side and scroll down to “add-on manager”.
- Click on the “+” (Module Setup) button to add the Add-On.
- You will find a box where you will have to attach the ZIP file of “Meeting Hub Add-On.”
- After you complete the module setup process, you have to enable it so that the rest of the customers can buy it.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps
- After the super admin enables the add-on, the admins can purchase the add-on and access the Meeting Hub add-on by following the steps mentioned below.
- So, the admin has to first purchase the add-on by navigating to the “subscription plan” page and then you have to click the “usage plan” and find the Meeting Hub add-on and buy it.
Step 3 : How to use the Metting Hub add-on?
- After purchasing the add-on, go to the sidebar and find out the Meeting Hub add-on.
- You will get to see four pages over there, the first page is known as the Meeting list, where you can have a look at your meetings including all the details like its module, from where the meeting has to be done, contact, meeting type, subject, and location. You can also have a look at the meeting minutes on that page itself with the help of the action column. Secondly, you can also create new meetings whenever you want by clicking on the “+” button, and adding the required details.
- The second page is for meeting minutes, where you easily track your meeting minutes as per each meeting. Here also you can see all the details like module name, contact, meeting type, log type, start time, end time, duration, and priority. Besides that, there is an action column, where you can view or delete the meeting minutes from the list. Once you click on the view button, you will get to see general details, meeting descriptions, attachments, comments, notes, and tasks.
- The third page is for meeting reports where you can see the graph of monthly meeting reports, and you can also search it as per the particular month.
- At last, there is a page for meeting types, where you can see the list of meeting types and also create new meeting types by clicking on the “+” button.
