Steps:

• Open the website
• Enter the company login credentials

ERPGo - Jobs (Recruitment Setup)

Steps:

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Jobs’ button to view the list of all posted jobs
    • You can click on individual entries to view their information

ERPGo - Jobs Create (Recruitment Setup) -

Steps:

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Jobs Create’ button
    • Here, you can provide & ask for all the required information related to the job(s). Further, the job description and requirement details box include text formatting options as well
    • Further, it also has the option to select a particular custom question in the job post, if required

Create custom questions

Steps:

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Custom Question’ button
    • You can create questions by clicking on the ‘create’ button located in the top right corner (plus sign)

ERPGo - Jobs Create (Recruitment Setup)

Career (to view the posted jobs)

Steps:

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Career’ button
    • Here you will see all the listed jobs and can obtain more information by clicking on a particular job post
    • This link can be shared with anyone and it opens without a login

ERPGo - Job Application (Recruitment Setup)

Steps:

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Job Application’ button
    • Here you will see all the received job applications sorted stage-wise

ERPGo - add/ edit/ delete job Categories and job Stages (Recruitment Setup)

Job Categories

Job Categories

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘HRM System Setup’
    • Click on the ‘job categories’ or ‘job stages’ button as per the requirement

ERPGo - Archive an employee/ application if the vacancy is unavailable at the time (1/2)

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Job Application’ button
    • Here you will see all the received job applications sorted stage-wise

these employees will be added to the ‘Job Candidate’ available in the same module. (Please see below)

ERPGo - Unarchive an employee/ application

Steps:

• Once logged in, you will land on the Dashboard Overview (Accounting)
• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Job Candidate’ button
    • Click on the ‘View’ button on the right side of the list, and it will open the next screen (please see below)

• Click on the UnArchive named ‘orange button’ to do it

ERPGo - Schedule an interview

Steps:

• Click on the ‘HRM System’ module right below the accounting dashboard overview
  • Click on the sub-option ‘Recruitment Setup’
    • Click on the ‘Job Application’ button and select a particular application with which you want to schedule the interview
    • Once you are in the application overview, click on the ‘Create Interview Schedule’ button located in the right side
