How to Use the Commission Add-On?
- Once the purchase is complete, you can find the Commission Add-On in the main menu.
- The Commission Add-On includes three sections: Commission Plan, Commission Receipt, Bank Transfer Request.
- On the Commission Plan page, click the “Create” button to set up a new commission plan.
- You will need to provide a name for the plan, set start and end dates, and select which users will be included in this plan. Once you create a plan, you will be directly navigated to the structure page where you can create a commission structure.

- On that page, you will have to choose between percentage-based or fixed commission types.
- Choose the transaction types (Invoices, Projects, or Sales) where this commission structure will apply.
- Then select the commission type from the two options given.
Types of Commission
- Conditional Commission: Commissions are calculated based on certain conditions, such as meeting sales targets or completing projects.
- Non-conditional Commission: Commissions are automatically granted without any specific conditions.
- Enter the “From Amount” and “To Amount” to set commission brackets for varying sales volumes.

- If you select Invoices, when creating an invoice, a commission plan option will appear for assignment to that particular agent.
- On the Commission Receipt page, click the “Receipt” button to generate a new commission receipt.
- After generating the receipt, you can click “Click to Paid” to send the request for payment processing.
- On the Commission Receipt page, click the “Click to Paid” button given in the action column next to each receipt to initiate the payment.

- After initiating the payment, the request moves to the Bank Transfer Request page.
- Admins can review the payment request and approve or decline the payment via the action column on the Bank Transfer Request page.
