How To Access Monnify Add-On?
- Visit the WorkDo Dash website:
Go to www.workdo.io to access the WorkDo Dash platform. - Navigate to Dash SaaS Add-ons:
Explore the “Dash SaaS Add-ons” section on the website to discover available Add-ons. - Discover Monnify Add-on:
Browse the list of available Add-ons and find the “Monnify Payment Gateway.” - Activate the Add-on:
Click the “Activate” button next to the Monnify Add-on to enable it for your WorkDo Dash account.
Once activated, Monnify becomes available across supported modules based on permissions and settings.
Super Admin Settings
(Plan Purchase by the Company)
The Super Admin Settings are accessible only to the highest-level administrator. These settings allow the Super Admin to manage company-level subscriptions and payment configurations
Key Capabilities:
- Purchase or upgrade company subscription plans
- Configure Monnify API keys for plan payments
- Enable or disable Monnify as a payment gateway

Company Settings
(Bookings, Beauty Spa, LMS & Other Payments)
Company Settings allow organizations to configure Monnify for receiving payments from customers across multiple modules.
Supported Modules Include:
Plans, Bookings, Beauty Spa Management, LMS Course Purchases, Laundry Management, Event Management, Parking Slot Bookings, Hotel & Room Management (Holidayz), and more.
Configuration Path:
Company Login → Settings → Monnify Settings
Company-Level Capabilities:
- Configure Monnify API keys
- Enable Monnify for selected modules
- Accept online payments from customers
- Manage Bookings, Beauty Spa, and service payments
- Handle tax, coupon, and discount calculations
How to Generate Monnify API Keys?
To integrate Monnify into your (Product Name), follow the steps below:
1. Generate API Keys
Visit the Monnify Admin Portal: https://app.monnify.com/ Log in or create a Monnify account and retrieve your credentials.
You will receive:
- API Key – Used for client-side integration
- Secret Key – Used for server-side payment verification
- Contract Code – Used to identify your merchant account
Configure Monnify Gateway in (Product Name)
2. Login to Admin Panel
Log in to your (Product Name) account using administrator credentials.
3. Access Monnify Settings
Navigate to the Settings section and select Monnify Settings.
4. Open Monnify Gateway Settings
Scroll down to find the Monnify Payment Gateway option and click to configure it.
5. Enter Required Details
Provide the following details carefully:
- Enable Monnify – Toggle to activate the gateway
- Monnify Mode – Select Sandbox or Live mode
- API Key – Enter your Monnify API Key
- Secret Key – Enter your Monnify Secret Key
- Contract Code – Enter your Monnify Contract Code
6. Save Settings
Click Save to apply the configuration. Monnify will now be active across all enabled modules.
