Step 1 : Super Admin Access
The super admin must first add the McKinsey 7-S Module by following a few steps.
- Log in to the Super Admin side of Dash using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
- In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
- After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
- Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps:
Once the Super admin enables the module, the team members will be able to use that module easily.
Step 3 : How to use the McKinsey 7-S Model?
- After completing the purchase process, go to the sidebar and find out the planning module. Over there you will see the McKinsey 7-S Module in the dropdown.
- Click on that button, where you can see the list of all the models you have created.
- To create a new model, click on the “+” button. On that page add the name of your model, select the challenge from the dropdown, add the thumbnail image, upload the video, and select the status, stage, and visibility (for users).
- Below, you will get to select the users who can access that model. After that, you will need to add the description, add the attachments, structure of your model, strategy, system, staff, skills, shared values, and notes.
- Once you do this, your model will be created, and you can easily use it for your planning.
