Workflow
Installation
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
- Make sure your super admin has access to your system before you do anything else.
- Go to the “add-on manager” area of the super admin dashboard.
- To start the setup procedure, click the “+” (Module Setup) button.
- You will be asked to upload the ZIP file for “Visitor Management.”
- Don’t forget to enable the module after the setup is complete so that other people can buy it.
Step 2 : Company Settings Steps
- Once the super admin enables the Visitor Management Add-On, company admins can proceed to purchase it and gain access.
- Start by heading to the “subscription plan” page and select the relevant “usage plan.”
- Locate the Visitor Management Add-On and complete the purchase process.
Step 3 : How to use the Visitor Management Add-on?
- Once you purchase the Visitor Management Add-On, find out the add-on in the sidebar.
- After finding it out, you will find five pages over there.
- The first page is for Visitors’ Details where you can see all the details of visitors, and edit them whenever you want.
- Then the second page is for visit purposes where you can add the purposes why visitors can visit the store.
- Then comes the page for visitors log where you can create new visitors by clicking on the “+” button. If the visitors have already visited then their name will be visible in the dropdown given over there. You can also add the arrival time and departure time.
- The fourth page is for the Visitor Timeline, where you can see the time when the visitors visit and the departure time.
- The fifth page is for Visitors’ reports where you can see the reports of visitors like a bar graph that represents visitors visited per day, and then a pie chart that represents the purpose of visitors.
- Then comes the page for visitor badge, where you can see the list of vistor badges, you can also edit and delete those badges whenever you want. Secondly, you can also create new visitor badges from the create button given at the top. You can also export, reset, and reload the list of visitor badges whenever you want.
- After this, you will get to see the page for pre registration, here you can see the list of pre registrations including the details like ID, visitor name, appointment date, status whether it is pending, confirmed, or cancelled. You can also create new pre registrations and edit and delete the details whenever you want.
- Following that, there is a page for visitor documents. Here you can create new visitor documents, edit, and delete them whenever you want. You can also export, reset and reload the list of visitor documents whenever you want.
- Similarly, there are `also pages for visitor compliance and visitor incidents.
- The last page is for system setup, where you can easily set up various compliance types, and document type.
