Requests Integration in Dash SaaS

Introduction

The requests module in Dash SaaS offers an intuitive interface for designing and managing request forms. Users can easily create and customize fields such as Text, Email, Number, and Date, adjusting properties like labels and validation rules to meet their needs. The module streamlines workflow with powerful actions, allowing quick access to copy request links, edit and view fields, review responses, and convert requests into leads or CRM entries seamlessly. Additionally, forms can be renamed for added flexibility, making the requests module a versatile tool for efficient request management.

Installation

Step – 1 Super Admin Access:

Begin by granting super admin access to the Requests Add-on. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to the super admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Add-on Manager” section.
  • Click on the “+” (Module Setup) button to initiate the Add-on setup process.
  • In the module setup, you will find a designated area to upload the ZIP file for the Planning Add-on.
  • After completing the module setup, remember to enable the Planning Add-on to make it accessible to your customers.

With these steps, you can easily integrate the Planning Add-on and provide enhanced functionality to your users.

Step 2: Company Login Access:

After the super admin enables the add-on, the admins can purchase the add-on and access the Requests add-on by following the steps mentioned below.

  • So, the admin has to first purchase the add-on by navigating to the “subscription plan” page and then you have to click the “usage plan” and find the Requests add-on and purchase it.

Step 3: How to use the Requests Module

  • After purchasing the Requests Module, go to the sidebar and find it out.
  • You will get to see two pages over there.
  • On the first page, you can create requests. Just click on the “+” button, add the name of your request, select the type of request, select the category of the request, activate the request with the help of the button given, and lastly select the theme.
  • Once you do these settings the requests will be displayed on the form to the customers, and customers can also respond to these requests easily.
  • You can also view the list of requests on the requests page, and you can also copy the link of requests, edit and view the form, view the responses given to my customers, convert the requests into leads, edit the request, and delete it.
  • The second page is for system setup, where you can set up new categories and subcategories very easily.
