Installation

Step 1: Super Admin Access:

  • Make sure your super admin has access to your system before you do anything else.
  • Go to the “add-on manager” area of the super admin dashboard.
  • Click the “+” (Module Setup) button to start the setup procedure.
  • You will be asked to upload the ZIP file for the “Freight Management Add-On.”
  • Remember to enable the module after the setup is complete so other people can buy it.

Step 2: Company Settings Steps:

  • Once the super admin enables the Freight Management Add-On, company admins can purchase it and gain access.
  • Start by heading to the “subscription plan” page and select the relevant “usage plan.”
  • After that purchase the Freight Management add-on.

Step 3: How to use the Freight Management Add-on?

  • After you purchase the Freight Add-on, go to the dashboard column and find out its dashboard.
  • Over there you will see the number of total customers, bookings, shipping, and invoices. Below that you can see a chart of invoice payments, a list of recent invoices, and a list of recent shipping.
  • After going through the Dashboard, go to the sidebar and find the Freight Management Add-on.
  • You will get to see 5 pages over there. The first page is for customers where you can create new customers and also also and edit their details from the list.
  • The second page is for booking, where you can create new bookings and also view their details whenever you want. You can also convert it to shipping, edit, or delete it with the help of the action column.
  • The third page is for shipping where you can view the shipping details, view the status of shipping, and also view its invoice status. You can also edit or delete details whenever you want.
  • The fourth page is for the invoice where you can view the invoice details and also view the status of whether it is partly paid, paid, or unpaid. You can add payment if you want on that page itself.
  • The last page is for system setup where you can easily set up and create new prices, containers, and services whenever you want.

So, this is how you can have access to the Freight Management Module, and have access to it without facing any difficulties.
