- On the settings page, locate the section labeled Crisp Add-On, where you will configure the integration.
- To proceed, you’ll need a Website ID from your Crisp account, which acts as a unique link between your BookingGo site and Crisp’s live chat services.
- If you haven’t already generated the Website ID, visit the Crisp official website at https://crisp.chat/en/.
- After pasting the Website ID, make sure to click the Save or Update button to activate the integration.
- Next, go to the frontend of your BookingGo website (the customer-facing side) to verify whether the chatbot appears on the screen.
- If you see the Crisp chat widget—usually in the lower corner—it means the chatbot has been successfully activated.
- Click on the widget and try sending a message to ensure that the chat is functional and connected to your Crisp inbox.
