Call Hub Integration in Dash SaaS

It not only tracks calls by showing who answered, response times, and call durations but also allows businesses to save additional call details and choose between calls and SMS for communication. The module automatically calculates interaction durations, assigns users responsible for specific communications, and enables the creation of personalized messages for instant outreach. With one-click call and one-click send message functionalities, connecting with stakeholders becomes seamless and efficient. Additionally, its robust reporting capabilities give businesses clear insights into monthly call and SMS volumes, along with week-specific communication patterns—ultimately helping enhance responsiveness, organization, and overall communication strategy.

How To Use The Call Hub Add-On?
- Once you purchase and install the Call Hub Add-On, go to the sidebar and search for the Call Hub Add-On. You will get to see many pages over there.
- Click on the Call Hub button, and you will see four options appear on your screen: Call List, Call History, Report, and Setup.
Call List
- When you click on the Call List tab, you will see a list of all the calls that have been added in the system so far.
- Here, you can also add a new call by clicking on the button for creating a new entry and filling in the required information, like the select module, users, call type, call direction, subject, and description.
- After creating a call, you can see the entry of all the calls on the call hub page, including all the necessary details like module, contact, call type, subject, direction, and an action column where you will see three buttons.
- The first button is for advanced options. if you click on that button, create the calls in advance by adding the necessary details like choosing the contact user, log type, start time, end time, user, phone, select priority, select status, choose Completed (Yes/No), Important (Yes/No) and the status of the call. In this phone number, you also get according contact user, but only when that user has added their phone number.
- The other two buttons are for edit and delete, with the help of which you can edit and delete the call details.

Call History
- Go to the Call History tab to view all the incoming and outgoing calls that have been made using the system.
- This page gives you a full record of previous calls and lets you keep track of communication over time.
- If needed, you can also edit the call history entries so that all the data stays accurate and up to date.
- You can also edit and delete the call history with the buttons given in the action column.

Reports
- Click on the Report tab to open the analytics section, where you can see the number of calls and SMS sent.
- You can view this data by selecting either weekly or monthly reports based on your preference.
- If you want to check specific details, enter a start date and end date to filter the results and view data only for that time period.
- You can also directly select a particular month to see a report that includes only that month’s call and SMS activity.

System SetUp
Call Type
- Go to the System Setup tab to configure custom settings related to the Call Hub Add-On.
- In this section, you can create new call categories by clicking on the Create button.
- Once the button is clicked, just enter the name of the new call type (e.g., support call, follow-up, sales inquiry) and save it.
- These custom categories help you better organize your calls according to their purpose.

Note:
- You will only be able to send SMS if the Twilio module is enabled on your platform.
