Biometric Attendance Integration in Dash SaaS

Note : Please note a thing that, you can use the biometric attendance system only if you are using the ZKTeco machine.

Workflow
Installation
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
- First, the super admin must add the Biometric Attendance add-on by going through a few procedures.
- Scroll to “add-on manager” after logging in to the super admin side.
- To include the Add-On, click the “+” (Module Setup) button.
- You will see a box where you must attach the ZIP file for the “Biometric Attendance Add-On.”
- You must enable the module once the setup procedure is finished for the remaining customers to purchase this add-on.
Step 2 : Company Login Access
- After the super admin enables the add-on, the admins can purchase the add-on and access the Biometric Attendance add-on by following the steps mentioned below.
- So, the admin has to first purchase the add-on by navigating to the “subscription plan” page and then you have to click the “usage plan” and find the Biometric Attendance add-on and purchase it.
Step 3 : How to use the Biometric Attendance Module of Dash SaaS.
- After purchasing the Biometric Attendance module, go to the sidebar, and find out the biometric attendance module.
- Over there, you will get to see two pages. The first page is for attendance where you can track the punch-in and punch-out times of your employees. You can also search the timings in the search bar given at the top.
- The second page is for system setup, here you will need to add the ZKTeco URL, Username, and Password. Once you add these credentials, click on the generate token button, and your auth token will be generated automatically.
