ZitaSMS – WorkDo Dash SaaS Add-On Guide

Introduction

The Zita SMS Add-On helps you send SMS notifications directly to users. It’s useful for sending quick updates like task alerts, reminders, or confirmations through text messages. You can connect it with other Add-Ons so messages are sent automatically when certain actions happen. This makes it easy to keep users updated, even when they’re not logged into the system.

How To Install The Add-On?

To Set Up the Zita SMS Add-On, you can follow this link: Setup Add-On.

Note:You need to add your phone number while creating the user to have access to the Zita SMS Add-On.

How To Use The Zita SMS Add-On?

• Once you purchase the Add-On, navigate to the settings page, click on system settings, and find Zita SMS.
• On that page, you have to enter the Zita SMS API Key, and Zita SMS Device with the help of which you can send messages via Zita SMS.

• To generate the Credentials, you can follow the following steps:

  • Log in to Zita SMS
  • Go to: https://my.zitasms.com
  • Enter your email and password to log in.
  • Get Your API Key.
  • After login, go to the “API Settings” or “API Key” section.
  • Copy the API Key from there.
  • Get Device
  • To connect a device.

  • Download Zita SMS Gateway App from Google Play Store: https://zitasms.com/download-android-SMS-Gateway.php
  • Install and open the app.
  • Log in with your Zita SMS account.
  • The device will sync and appear on the Devices page of the dashboard.
• After you do this, you get a chance to choose the notification settings. Here is the way you can enable or disable the notifications of the various Add-Ons.

• You can customize notification messages language wise, for example, if you want to change the message for new user notifications, you can do it here.
• 

• For example, if you enable the create user setting from General, then the notification via ZitaSMS will be sent to that particular user when the user is created.
