How to Install the Ratings Add-on?

How to Use the Ratings Module?

  • Once you enable the module, go to the system settings.
  • On the system settings page, click on the ratings button.
  • On that page, you will get to see several options that are: “new ticket”, “in progress”, “on hold”, “closed”, and “resolved”.
  • You can choose any of the options of your choice, and the mail for the rating will be sent after that action. (For eg: if you select the new ticket option the mail of rating will be sent to the customer once the new ticket is created.)
  • Once the customer adds the ratings you can also watch it.
