How to Install the Mark As Important Add-on?

How To Use the Mark As Important Module?
- Once you enable the mark as important module, go to the conversations page.
- On the top of each conversation, you will get to see a button for “mark as important”.
- If you click on that button, your conversation will be marked as important. You will see that the ticket ID has been highlighted in red colour.
- Once your work is done, you can also unmark the conversation, if you do this you will see that the ticket ID’s colour has changed, and converted into normal.
- You can also mark multiple conversations as important.
