So, the following is the installation process of the Tawk.to Messenger Module with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.

Step 1: Super Admin Access: The super admin must first add the Tawkto Messenger Module by following a few steps.

  • Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
  • In the Add-On Modules module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new Module.
  • After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
  • Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the Module will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
  • Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2: Company Login Steps: Once the Super admin enables the module, the team members will be able to use that module easily.

Step 3: How the Tawk.to Messenger Module Works.

  • Go to the TawkTo website and log in with your credentials.
  • Once logged in, you`ll land on the Dashboard. If not, click on the skip button of all the pages until you reach the Dashboard.
  • On the Dashboard, navigate to the settings.
  • Within the settings, select the Channels option.
  • Under Channels, locate the chat widget settings.
  • You will find the widget code in this section. Copy the code.
  • Now, head over to the system settings of BookingGo SaaS.
  • In the system settings, find the “TawkTo” settings.
  • Paste the copied widget code into the designated field.
  • Save the changes, and you`re done! The TawkToMessenger module is now successfully integrated with your BookingGo SaaS platform.
