Installation

So, the following is the installation process of the Coupon Email Add-On with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.

Step 1: Super Admin Access: The super admin must first add the Coupon Email add-on by following a few steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
• After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
• Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2: Company Login Steps: Once the Super admin enables the theme, the team members will be able to use that theme easily.

Step 3: How the Coupon Email Module works

• After purchasing the email coupon module, go to the settings page and find out the coupon email settings over there.
• On that page, you will get to create coupon emails. So, to generate coupon emails at the frontend, first of all, you have to enable the coupon email settings.
• After that, you have to select the coupon email from the three options given that are: “User Registration”, “First Purchase”, and “Specific Order Threshold”.
• Basically, if you select the user registration option, then the user will get an email when he registers on your website for the first time, if you choose the first purchase option, then the user will get an email when he makes his first purchase, and lastly if you have selected the third option named specific order threshold then the customer will be notified once he crosses the limit of the threshold set by the admin.
• Once you select the coupon email, enable the coupon sending button, and select the coupon ID if you have chosen the user registration or first purchase option, and if you have selected the specific order threshold then you have to set a limit for the threshold.
• After this, you just have to add the subject of the email, and the main content of the email that you want to send in the form of a coupon email.
