Installation

The following steps outline the installation process for the Sign-in with Slack Add-On, enabling seamless access to this feature.

Step 1: Super Admin Access:

Super Admin Access: To begin, the super admin must add the Sign-in with Slack add-on by completing a few straightforward steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On add-ons module, click on the “+” button to start adding a new add-on.
• You will be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the add-on you wish to install. Follow the instructions to upload the ZIP file.
• After uploading, the add-on will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it accessible to end users.

Step 2: Company Login Steps:

Once the super admin enables the add-on, team members can easily use the add-on.

Step 3: How to Use the Sign-in with Slack Module

• After completing the purchase process, go to the sidebar of eCommerceGo SaaS and locate the settings module.
• Within the settings module, scroll down and click on the manage Slack button.
• Enter the Slack client ID, Slack client secret, and Slack Redirect URL, and upload the necessary image. After filling in these details, click on the save changes button.
• Once these credentials are added, your customers can sign in to your store using their Slack accounts.

This process allows you to activate and configure the Sign-in with Slack module, enabling your customers to log in to your store using their Slack credentials.
