How to Use the Office Hours Module?
- You will find the office hours add-on in the sidebar, after enabling it.
- Once you click on that button, you will get the list of week days, beside which you can add your daily working hours.
- There is also a box named “add day off”, if you click on that button that day will be considered as your day off.
- After adding the working hours and day offs, click on the save changes button.
- Below that there is a section for a reason where you can add the notice you want to display on the frontend during your non-working hours and day offs.
- Beside that you will get to see a toggle button. If you enable that button, the customers would be able to create tickets even if the support is unavailable, but if you enable that button, the customers won’t be able to create tickets during the non-working hours.
So, this is the simple flow of the office hours module in ticketgo.
