Installation

Step 1: Super Admin Access:

  • Make sure your super admin has access to your system before you do anything else.
  • Go to the “add-on manager” area of the super admin dashboard.
  • To start the setup procedure, click the “+” (Module Setup) button.
  • You will be asked to upload the ZIP file for the “Laundry Management Add-On.”
  • Remember to enable the module after the setup is complete so other people can buy it.

Step 2: Company Settings Steps:

  • Once the super admin enables the Laundry Management Add-On, company admins can purchase it and gain access.
  • Start by heading to the “subscription plan” page and select the relevant “usage plan.”
  • After that purchase the Laundry Management add-on.

Step 3: How to use the Laundry Management Add-on?

  • After purchasing the add-on, find out the Laundry Management Dashboard in the Dashboard column.
  • In the dashboard, you will get to see the number of total services, total locations, and total laundry requests. You will also get to see a graph that represents the laundry requests.
  • Once you check out the dashboard, scroll down and find out the Laundry Management Add-on.
  • In that module, you will get to see three pages. The first page is for laundry requests where you can easily create laundry requests and view the list that includes details like full name, contact number, email address, number of clothes, status, and action that includes the view and delete button. You can also change the status if it’s still pending with the help of the action column.
  • The next page is for invoices where you can easily view the invoices and all the details regarding it.
  • The last page is for System Setup, where you can easily manage and create new services and locations.
