Installation

So, the following is the installation process of the Donation – eCommerceGo Addon with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.

Step 1: Super Admin Access:

The super admin must first add the Donation – eCommerceGo Add-On by following a few steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On add-ons module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new add-on.
• After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
• Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the add-on will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2: Company Login Steps:

Once the Super admin enables the add-on, the team members will be able to use that add-on easily.

Step 3: How to use the Donation – eCommerceGo

• Open the Foodmart store and navigate to the donation button. Fill out the donation form according to your preferences. And press the submit button to confirm your donation.
• Next, return to the ecommerce website and click on the donation button. There, you will find details such as title, description, note, “amount,” and action row.
• Return to the donation button and click on the donation history button. There, you will find the customer donation history.
• After navigating to the store settings button, locate the donation setting button and click on it. Turn on the donation setting button to access and configure the donation payment methods.
• After completing all these steps, click on the “Save Changes” button to confirm and save your settings.
• Last, Return to the donation button in the Foodmart store, and click on the “Edit” button in the action row. You can edit anything, and finally, press the “Create” button to save your changes.
