Workflow of SMS Add-on
Installation
So, the following is the process of installing the SMS Add-on with the help of which you can easily access this Add-on.
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
First, the super admin must add the SMS Add-on by going through a few procedures.
- Scroll to “Add-on Manager” after logging in to the super admin side.
- To include the Add-On, click the “+” (Module Setup) button.
- You will see a box where you must attach the ZIP file for the “SMS Add-on.”
- You must enable the module once the setup procedure is finished for the remaining customers to purchase it.
Step 2 : Company login Access
After the super admin enables the Add-on, the admins can purchase the Add-on and access the SMSAdd-on by following the steps mentioned below.
- So, the admin has to first purchase the Add-on by navigating to the “Subscription Plan” page and then you have to click the “Usage Plan” and find the SMS Add-on and purchase it.
- After you purchase the Add-on go to the settings page and click on the system settings button.
Step 3 : How to use the SMS Add-on.
- Purchase and install the SMS Add-on to enable the SMS feature.
- Open the Settings module and navigate to System Settings.
- In System Settings, locate the SMS section
- Select one of the five available SMS sources that best suits your needs.
- Enter the required credentials for the chosen SMS source (e.g., API Key, Username, Password).
- Double-check the credentials for accuracy to avoid message delivery issues.
- Click Save to apply the settings and activate the SMS service.
