Installation
So, the following is the installation process of the Discount BookingGo SaaS with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
The super admin must first add the Discount BookingGo SaaS by following a few steps.
- Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
- In the Add-On add-ons module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new add-on.
- After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
- Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the add-on will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
- Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps
Once the Super admin enables the add-on, the team members will be able to use that add-on easily.
Step 3 : How to use the Discount BookingGo SaaS
- First, navigate to the setup subscription plan in the settings menu. Click on the “Usage Subscription” button in the front row. Next, locate the discount coupon section to manage and apply any available coupons.
- Then, return to the dashboard and navigate to the discount section. Click on the plus button located on the right side to create a new discount. Fill in the required information in the create discount section, and then press on “Create” to finalize and save the discount.
- Secondly, click on the edit button in the action row to make any necessary edits to the discount. Then, return to the dashboard and navigate to the business section to edit business section. Click on the service button in the front row, followed by the plus button, to access the discount section where you can select the appropriate options and press “Create” to proceed.
- Thirdly, you can also edit discounts through the edit button in the action row and update them accordingly. After completing these steps, open the photography website and navigate to the “Online Booking Now” section. Fill out all required information up to the payment method. In the payment section, you will find the option to apply for the discount. Apply the discount, then press the finish button to complete the booking process.
- Lastly, return to the BookingGo website and open the Appointments section to view and manage your scheduled appointment.
