Introduction

Wishlist Email Notifications is a customer engagement tool available in our Marketing Module. This feature allows you to send targeted and personalized emails to your customers based on the products they have added to their wishlists. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how it works and why it’s beneficial :

How does Wishlist Email Notifications work ?

So, basically, with the help of this setting, you can easily send emails and messages regarding wishlists to your customers. For example, if your customer has added a product to the wishlist, then this setting will send an email or a WhatsApp message in the form of a reminder so that they can buy it. So, the following are the steps with the help of which you can easily send Wishlist Email notifications, and Whatsapp Messages to your customers.

• Step 1 : First, login to the admin dashboard of eCommerceGo SaaS, and navigate to the Marketing module in the menu.
• Step 2 : Once you go to the Marketing module, you will get to see some pages over there, click on the wishlist page.
• Step 3 : After opening that page, you will be able to see the list of customers along with their email IDs who have added the products to the wishlist.
• Step 4 : Beside that, you will get to see 3 buttons, one is for email, the second is for WhatsApp Message, and the third button is for deleting the name of the customer if you want.
• Step 5 : You just have to click on the email button to send the wishlist email notifications to your customers. Similarly to send a WhatsApp message click on the message button and your message will be sent.
• Step 6 : One thing you have to make sure of is enabling the email notification settings and WhatsApp notifications for the wishlist from the settings module.
• Step 7 : Just go to the settings page find out the email notifications page, and enable the abandon wishlist button to send the wishlist notifications via email. Similarly, to send notifications via WhatsApp, find out the WhatsApp Business API settings and enable the abandon wishlist button.
