Appointment Kanban Board Detailed Documentation

Step 1 : Super Admin Access

The super admin must first add the Appointment Kanban Board Integration In BookingGo SaaS Add-On by following a few steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On add-ons module, click the “+” button to initiate adding a new add-on.
• After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
• Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the add-on will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2 : Company Login Access

Once the Super admin enables the add-on, the team members will be able to use that add-on easily.

Step 3 : How To Use The Appointment Kanban Board Add-On?

• After purchasing the Appointment Kanban Board Add-on, go to the sidebar and click on the appointment page, and create an appointment with the help of the “+” button given at the top.
• Once you create an appointment after adding the necessary details, the appointment will be displayed on the appointment board page.
• There is also a button for the appointment board given at the top, through which you can directly navigate to the appointment board page. You can also see a button of the appointment board on the appointment calendar page.
• On the appointment board page, you can view the appointment in kanban form, according to their custom status. You can also shuffle the appointment in different custom status with the help of drag and drop functionality.
