How to use the Facebook Chat Add-On?
- After you enable the Facebook chat Add-On, go to the system settings page of TicketGo.
- On the system settings page, you can copy the Facebook Chat Webhook URL, after which you need to add the Facebook Client ID, and Facebook Access Token. At last click on the save changes button.
- Once you add your credentials, go to the Conversations page, where you will see a portal in which your Facebook ID and chats will be previewed.
- If you send a message from the portal, the message will be sent to the client’s Facebook ID, and if the client sends any message through Facebook it will be visible on the portal of Facebook chat.
