Installation

So, the following is the installation process of the SMS-eCommerceGo List Add-On with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.

Step 1: Super Admin Access:

The super admin must first add the SMS-eCommerceGo List add-on by following a few steps.

  • Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
  • In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
  • After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
  • Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
  • Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2: Company Login Steps:

Once the Super admin enables the add-on, the team members will be able to use that add-on easily.

Step 3: How to use the SMS–eCommerceGo Add-on

  • After logging in as a super admin, scroll down to access the settings button. Click on it, then navigate to optional settings and click on “SMS settings”.
  • After that SMS settings page will open. On the upper right side, there is an on/off button. Toggle it to turn it on.
  • inside the page, there is a button for SMS settings. It contains multiple options that customers can choose from. After selecting their preferred options, you can adjust the settings accordingly. Once you complete this process, you can press “Save Changes”.
  • Go back and click on “Notification Templates”. On that page, you will see “Complete Payment” notifications after your payment is completed.
  • Furthermore, click the “View” button in the action row on the right side to get more details. You’ll find many language choosing options as well as options for notification messages.After selecting your options, click on the “Save” option at the bottom right corner.
