Service Tax Integration in BookingGo SaaS

Step 1 : Super Admin Access

The super admin must first add the Service Tax Module by following a few steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
• After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
• Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2 : Company Login Steps

Once the Super admin enables the module, the team members will be able to use that module easily.

Step 3 : How to use the Service Tax Module

• Once you purchase the service tax add-on, find it in the sidebar. Here, you can view a list of service taxes or create a new one using the “+” button. After creating a tax, you can apply it while creating a new service.
• To create a new service, navigate to the Edit Business page, select the Service option, and click the Create New Service (+) button. There, you’ll find an option to select and apply the service tax.
• On the frontend, the service tax will automatically be applied to the services during the booking or checkout process, ensuring accurate tax calculation for customers.
