Reward-Club Point – eCommerceGo Addon

Step 1 : Super Admin Access

The super admin must first add the Reward-Club Point add-on by following a few steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
• After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
• Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2 : Company Login Steps

• Once the Super admin enables the theme, the team members will be able to use that theme easily.

Step 3 : How to use the Reward Club Points Module

• Once you purchase this module, go to the sidebar, select the store settings option, and over there click on the “Reward Club Points” button.
• After clicking on that button, you will get to see three dropdowns.
• The first dropdown is for order reward setting, where you can set the order rewards following this calculation: So this is the example of how customer reward points will be counted : (Checkout Order Price (Ex. 100) * Reward Point(Ex. 10) / (Order Price(Ex. 40)) = (Customer Total Points: 25)
• The second dropdown is for reward price and reward points where you can add reward price and reward points using this calculation: So this is the example of how customer reward price will be counted : (Customer Total Points (Ex. 100) * Reward Price(Ex. 10) / (Reward Points(Ex. 50)) = (Discount Reward Price: 20)
• The last dropdown is for the checkout reward price where you can add points as per the checkout points and checkout price.
• All these changes will be visible on the theme side, to your customers.
