Installation

The following steps outline the installation process for the Partial Payment Add-On, enabling seamless access to this feature.

Step 1: Super Admin Access: To begin, the super admin must add the Partial Payment add-on by completing a few straightforward steps.

• Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
• In the Add-On add-ons module, click on the “+” button to start adding a new add-on.
• You will be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the add-on you wish to install. Follow the instructions to upload the ZIP file.
• After uploading, the add-on will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
• Enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it accessible to end users.

Step 2: After the super admin enables the add-on, team members can easily access and use the add-on.

• Once you purchase the add-on, go to the store settings and click on the partial payments button.
• Over there, you will get to see force deposit button, you can enable or disable that button according to your choice. After that select the deposit type from percentage and flat rate. Then add the particular deposit amount, you want your customers to pay.
• Following that, you will see a button for deposit selection, from “Pay Deposit” and “Full Deposit”, besides that, you will see a manage status button, you can click on that if you want to adjust orders with partial payment status.
• Below that, you will see three buttons i.e. “Manage Tax”, “Manage Shipping”, “Manage Coupon”. In each button’s dropdown, you will three options, first “count in future payment”, “divide in proportion to deposit values”, and count in deposit. You can select one of them, accordingly.
• After that, you will see a section for “Manage Payments”. You can select payment methods for deposit, and payment methods for partial payments, and you can select various payment gateways for the same.
• Below that, there is a section for remainder mail setting, you can set the duration type of mail, and last, there comes the payment reminder settings, you can enable or disable that. You can also, set an email template by selecting the subject, and from, and writing the email message accordingly.
