Users can manage laundry services with customizable pricing, track requests through various status stages, process payments, monitor operational expenses, maintain equipment records, and provide customers with an easy-to-use online request form. Whether you’re running a small laundry shop or a large commercial laundry service, this software provides all the tools needed to streamline operations, track customer requests, manage resources, monitor financial performance, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining detailed records of all laundry activities.

How to Use The Laundry Management Add-On?
Laundry Management Dashboard
- The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your laundry operations with several key features and monitoring tools. The dashboard includes a Form Link option that allows you to copy the Laundry Request form link for sharing with customers or embedding on your website.
- Three main cards display important metrics: Total Service showing the total number of laundry services available, Total Location displaying the number of service locations, and Total Laundry Request showing the overall number of customer requests received.
- The dashboard also features a Laundry Request chart that visualizes laundry request data for the last 7 days, helping you monitor recent activity trends and business performance.

System Setup
- The System Setup section contains four foundational configuration sections that must be established before using other parts of the laundry management system. These setup sections provide the basic data categories and types that will be used throughout the system.
- To create a new Laundry Service, click the “Create” button at the top of the Laundry Services page. Enter the Service Name that identifies the specific laundry service you offer, and fill in the Cost for this service. The list page displays all laundry services with the Service Name and Cost columns. You can edit existing services or delete services that are no longer used.
- To add a new Location, click the “Create” button on the location page. Enter the Location Name that identifies the service area or pickup location and specify the Cost associated with this location. The list page displays all locations with Location Name and Cost columns. You can edit existing locations or delete locations that are no longer used.
- To create a new Expense Type, click the “Create” button on the expense type page. Enter the Expense Type that categorizes different kinds of operational expenses. The list page shows all expense types in the Expense Type column. Available actions are Edit to modify expense types and Delete to remove unused expense types.
- To add a new Machine Type, click the “Create” button on the machine type page. Enter the Machine Type that categorizes different kinds of laundry equipment. The list page displays all machine types with the Machine Type column. You can edit existing machine types or delete machine types that are no longer applicable.

Laundry Request Management
- The Laundry Request section displays all requests submitted by users via the Laundry Request form, and you can also manually create requests from this section. To create a new laundry request, click the “Create” button at the top of the laundry request page.
- Fill in the customer details, including Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address, and Address. Select the Services from the dropdown menu that connects to the Laundry Services section from System Setup.
- Choose the Location from the dropdown connecting to the Location section from System Setup. Enter the Number of Clothes and set the Preferred Pickup Date & Time along with the Delivery Date & Time. Add any Special Instructions for the laundry service.

- The list page shows all laundry requests with columns for No, Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Number of Clothes, and Status, which can be Pending, Accept, or Reject. Use the Search button to find specific requests and the Export button to download request data.
- Available actions include Update Status to change the request status to Accept or Reject, View to click and show Laundry Request Details with complete information, Edit to modify request details, and Delete to remove requests from the system.

Laundry Invoice Management
- The Laundry Invoice section displays all laundry invoices for laundry requests that have been accepted. This section automatically generates invoices once requests are approved and tracks payment status.
- The list page shows all invoices with columns for No, Full Name, Pickup Date & Time, Delivery Date & Time, Number of Clothes, and Payment Status, which can be Pending or Accept. Use the Search button to locate specific invoices, the Export button to download invoice data, and the Filter button to view invoices by All Status, Pending, or Accept.
- Available actions include Payment, which is only displayed if the payment status is not paid, and View, which opens the Laundry Detail page showing complete invoice and service information.

Expense Management
- To create a new expense record, click the “Create” button at the top of the expense page. Select the Expense Type from the dropdown menu which connects to the Expense Type section from System Setup, to categorize the expense properly.
- Enter the Amount of the expense and set the Expense Date when the expense occurred. Add a Description that provides details about the expense and its purpose.
- The list page displays all expense records with columns for No, Expense Type, Amount, Expense Date, and Description.
- Use the Search button to find specific expense records and the Export button to download expense data for financial reporting and analysis. Available actions include Edit to modify expense details and Delete to remove expense records from the system.

Machine Management
- To add a new machine record, click the “Create” button on the machines page. Enter the Machine Name to identify the specific equipment. Select the Machine Type from the dropdown menu which connects to the Machine Type section from System Setup to categorize the equipment properly. Set the Last Maintenance Date to track when the machine was last serviced.
- Choose the Location from the dropdown connecting to the Location section from System Setup to specify where the machine is located.
- Select the Status to indicate the current operational condition of the machine. Add a Description that provides additional details about the machine, its specifications, or maintenance notes.
- The list page shows all machine records with columns for No, Machine Name, Machine Type, Status, Last Maintenance Date, Location, and Description.
- Use the Search button to locate specific machines and the Export button to download machine information for maintenance scheduling and inventory management. Available actions include Edit to modify machine details and Delete to remove machine records from the system.

Laundry Request Form (Website)
- The Laundry Request Form is a customer-facing web form that allows users to submit laundry service requests directly through your website. This form consists of three main sections that provide a complete customer experience.
- The header section displays the company logo from company settings using the light logo option and includes a Language dropdown for multilingual support, allowing customers to view the form in their preferred language.
- The main Create Laundry Request Form section contains all the necessary fields for customers to submit their requests. Customers fill in their Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address, and Address for identification and communication purposes.
- They select Services from the dropdown menu which displays options from the Laundry Services section and choose Location from the dropdown showing available locations from the Location section.
- Customers enter the Number of Clothes they need serviced and set their Preferred Pickup Date & Time along with desired Delivery Date & Time. They can also add Special Instructions for any specific requirements or preferences for their laundry service.
- The footer section displays footer text that is configured in the company settings, providing additional information or contact details for customers. This web form automatically integrates with the Laundry Request section, so all submitted requests appear in the main system for processing and management.
