Coupon Management: Attracting Customers with Discounts

What is it ?

This is a cool tool in eCommerce Go that helps you make discount coupons for your online store. These coupons can make your customers happy and keep them coming back for more.

Step 1 : Create a New Coupon

Click on the “+” button to make a new coupon.

Step 2 : Coupon Details

Give your coupon a name.

Step 3 : Choose Discount Type

You can offer discounts in three ways :

Percentage Discount :

Say how much money customers need to spend to get the discount.
Set the discount percentage.
Decide how many times one person can use the coupon.
Pick when the coupon will expire.
Choose to make a code or have one made for you.

Flat Rate Discount :

Like the percentage discount, but you say how much money they need to spend.
Set the discount amount in dollars.
Decide how many times one person can use the coupon.
Pick when the coupon will expire.
Choose to make a code or have one made for you.

Fixed Product Discount :

Select the products that the discount will work on.
Choose products that won’t get the discount.
Pick product categories.
Say which categories won’t get the discount.
If a product is in a category that won’t get the discount, no discount applies. If a product is in a category that gets the discount, it works.

Step 4 : Additional Options for All Coupon Types

You can also do these things for all coupon types :

Say how much money customers need to spend for the coupon to work.
Set a limit on how much they can spend with the coupon.
Decide how many times one person can use the coupon.
Limit how many items the coupon works on.
Choose when the coupon will expire.

Step 5 : Finish

Click the “Generate Code” button to make your coupon.
