Installation

So, the following is the installation process of the Catalogue Request Add-On with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.

Step 1 : Super Admin Access

The super admin must first add this module add-on by following a few steps.

  • Log in to the Super Admin side of eCommerceGo using your credentials.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
  • In the Add-On themes module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new theme.
  • After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
  • Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the theme will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
  • Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.

Step 2 : Company Login Steps

  • Once the Super admin enables the theme, the team members will be able to use that theme easily.

Step 3 : How the Catalogue Request Module works

  • Once you purchase the catalogue request add-on, go to store settings and click on the catalogue request button.
  • Over there you can create customized email templates for catalogue requests.
  • Once you create the email templates, go to the sidebar and find out the catalogue request module.
  • Over there you will get to see the list of requests including all the necessary details. You can also share it via email with the help of “share” button given beside the request. You can also create new requests with the help of the “+” button is shown at the top.
  • The customers can send the catalogue requests from the front end.
