So, the following is the installation process of the Team Booking BookingGo SaaS with the help of which you can easily access this add-on.
Step 1 : Super Admin Access
The super admin must first add the Team Booking BookingGo SaaS by following a few steps.
- Log in to the Super Admin side of BookingGo using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Add-On Manager module by clicking on it from the admin dashboard or sidebar menu.
- In the Add-On add-ons module, click on the “+” button to initiate the process of adding a new add-on.
- After clicking the “+”, you’ll be prompted to upload the ZIP file of the particular add-on you wish to install. Drop down the ZIP file as instructed.
- Once the ZIP file is uploaded, the add-on will appear on the Add-On Manager Page.
- Simply enable the module by toggling the appropriate switch or button, making it visible to end users.
Step 2 : Company Login Steps
Once the Super admin enables the add-on, the team members will be able to use that add-on easily.
Step 3 : How to use the Team Booking Add-On in BookingGo SaaS
First, click on “Edit Business” in the business section. Then, navigate to the “Service Button” option in the front row. Press the plus button to open the “Create New Service” page. Select your desired service and press the “Create” button.
Secondly, click the green button in the action row to open the Team Booking page. Select the number of team members according to your needs and press the “Create” button.
Thirdly, return back two steps and click on the “Staff Button” in the front row. Then, click the green button in the action row to open the Team Booking Services again. Go back one step and click the “Edit” button in the action row next to the green button. Add services as needed and press the “Update” button to finalize.
Open the photography website and navigate to the “Online Booking Now” section. Here, you will find the service options. Locate your recent service selection and choose the number of team members in the “Number of Persons” option according to your needs. Fill in all the required information and then press the “Finish” button to complete your booking.
Lastly, open the bookingGo website and click on the “Appointment” button. Navigate to your appointment and click the “Edit” button to view details about your team and selected services.
