The Team Workload module offers a streamlined solution for managing employee productivity and workload distribution. Step 1: Super Admin Access:

  • Make sure your super admin has access to your system before you do anything else.

  • Go to the “add-on manager” area of the super admin dashboard.
  • To start the setup procedure, click the “+” (Module Setup) button.

  • You will be asked to upload the ZIP file for the “Team Workload Add-On.”

  • Remember to enable the module after the setup is complete so other people can buy it.

Step 2: Company Settings Steps:

  • Once the super admin enables the Team Workload Add-On, company admins can proceed to purchase it and gain access.
  • Start by heading to the “subscription plan” page and select the relevant “usage plan.”

  • After that purchase the Team Workload add-on.

Step 3: How to use the Team Workload Add-on?

  • After purchasing, find the Team Workload add-on in the sidebar.
  • The add-on has two pages:
    • Overview Page:
      1. Shows how many hours an employee can work.
      2. Displays how many hours the employee worked each day.
      3. Gives totals for capacity, estimated time, spent time, and available capacity.
    • Includes a report column with:
      1. A pie chart showing total capacity, estimated time, and available capacity.
      2. A bar graph of estimated hours for different employees.
    • Staff Shifting Page:
      1. Shows the hours covered by employees each day.
      2. Displays the total hours covered by employees per week.
